Service Delivery
Digital delivery shaped around each assignment.
Last updated: 15 October 2026
Delivery method
JCLO ChronoCopy LLC provides language, editorial and communication services remotely. Deliverables are normally supplied digitally by email, an agreed cloud-based service or the platform through which the assignment was commissioned.
Delivery schedule
The expected delivery schedule is confirmed in the written quotation, proposal, service agreement or platform contract. The schedule begins after the required source materials, instructions, approvals and any applicable payment or milestone have been received.
File formats
Deliverable formats are agreed according to the project and may include editable documents, spreadsheets, presentations, PDFs or other suitable digital formats.
Urgent assignments
Urgent or expedited work is subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing. Additional fees may apply where stated in the quotation.
Revisions
The number and scope of included revisions are defined in the written quotation or agreement. Requests resulting from new source content, changed instructions or additional deliverables may require a revised fee and schedule.
Client review
The client should review delivered materials promptly and provide clear, consolidated feedback within the review period stated in the project agreement.
Delays outside JCLO’s control
Delivery dates may need to be adjusted if source materials, instructions, approvals or client feedback are delayed, or if events outside reasonable control affect performance. Any material schedule change will be communicated as soon as reasonably possible.
